Picture this: it’s first shift in our Aston, PA facility. A vertical pump arrives on a skid. You coordinate the lift with the overhead crane, tear down with precision, measure every critical dimension with micrometers and calipers, and plan the path to a flawless rebuild. Your mission
Own the lifecycle of complex rotating equipment—especially horizontal and vertical pumps—from diagnosis to reassembly. Your work restores reliability for customers who depend on us.
How you’ll contribute
- Diagnose issues and rebuild large pumps of all types
- Interpret blueprints/schematics to set work procedures and build foundations for assembly/disassembly
- Operate manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools with mastery
- Use M&TE (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify tolerances and clearances
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely
- Work within tight accuracy standards and document results
What sets you up for success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years as a pump mechanic or in a similar rotating equipment role
- Fluency with hand/power tools and shop equipment
- Ability to read and apply inspection data
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Manual dexterity, control precision, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Environment & schedule
Industrial shop with large machinery, overhead cranes, trucks, and forklifts; traditional warehouse conditions. Full-time (in person), first shift.
