Compensation Packages
We provide competitive pay for both local and travel candidates:
Local Candidates (Cypress area)

Hourly Pay Range: $49 $56

Full-time school calendar schedule

Weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel Candidates (open to relocation for the assignment)

Equivalent Pay Range: $59 $69 per hour

Weekly Take Home: $1,700 $1,978

Pay includes a low taxable hourly rate with housing and meal stipends provided tax-free

Responsibilities

Perform psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

Interpret data and collaborate with educators to design effective academic interventions

Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations, including IDEA
-
Maintain accurate and timely student documentation
Requirements

Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or related field
-
Current Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
-
Strong knowledge of assessment tools and special education compliance
-
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
-
Must pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
