We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to assist in delivering rehabilitative therapy to patients. The COTA works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and help patients improve daily living and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities
───────────────────────────
• Assist in patient evaluations and therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by OTs
• Provide therapeutic exercises to improve patient function
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and outcomes
• Support patient independence and functional performance
• Follow safety and infection control protocols
