Position Overview

We are seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.

Opportunities are available for telehealth (statewide) and in-office positions (Olympia, WA), with flexible scheduling and a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide follow-up visits via telehealth or in-person sessions
• Document care accurately in AdvancedMD EHR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care coordinators
• Participate in case consultations and quality-improvement activities
• Uphold HIPAA, clinical, and ethical compliance standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; PMHNP certified
• Active Washington State APRN license, DEA, and NPI
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (inpatient, outpatient, or TMS preferred)
• Credentialed (or eligible) with major commercial insurance payors
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered care
