Wound Care Nurse - RN

We are seeking to hire a Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN.

• $40.86 to $44.23 per hour based on experience.

Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the State of PA as a Registered Nurse - RN.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience.

Wound Care Nurse - Registered Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse Job Summary:

• Ensure completion of skin assessments assigned to charge nurses.
• Review of admission skin assessments.
• Inform necessary departments of new or worsening skin issues.
• Ensure necessary referrals are made.
• Rounding with wound care specialist.
• Ensure high risk residents have interventions/preventative measures in place.
• Correspond with DME suppliers to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered and delivered and pick-up timely.

• Ensure that acute care plans are completed according to policy.
• Ensure, assess and monitor appropriate treatments are in place.
