As a PCAB Accredited compounding pharmacy, we specialize in creating custom medications tailored to individual patient needs. We pride ourselves on compassion, humility, and respect, and we’re looking for a leader who shares these values while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team retention.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing Patient Care Team (Technicians, Coordinators, Associates).
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate service for every patient and provider.
• Drive productivity metrics, customer service outcomes, and retention goals.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and process management.
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and State Board regulations.
• Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue.
What We’re Looking For
• Certified Pharmacy Technician License.
• 5+ years of pharmacy management experience, preferably in retail or multi-site operations.
• Proven ability to deliver on KPIs and lead teams to success.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to ethical performance and patient-first care.
