A fast-growing and well-established long term care team is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Holmdel, NJ. Responsibilities Include:
- Managing routine follow-ups and assessing residents' health conditions to determine a plan of care.
- Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan.
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients' medical history.
- Prescribe and interpret labs and diagnostic tests to obtain information about underlying infections or abnormalities.
- Prescribe medication and drugs.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses to form a high-performing medical team.
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients with patients, family members, and the medical team.
Requirements:
- NY license in the state of NY
- DEA license
- Long-term care experience- Strongly preferred
- Comfortable to work in a nursing home setting
- Responsibility and reliability
Schedule:
- Full time (40 hours/weekly)
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging between $125,000-$155,000 annually!
