Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled YouTube & Podcast Editor & Videographer who can shoot and edit high-quality video and audio content for YouTube, podcasts, and social media. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves being behind the camera, knows how to make content look and sound professional, and can repurpose content across formats. The ideal candidate must be able to utilize AI tools to maximize productivity and efficiency across all aspects of the content workflow.

Responsibilities:

YouTube & Podcast Production

• Shoot and edit weekly YouTube videos and podcast episodes

• Set up lighting, audio, and video equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots

• Coordinate with guests and assist during filming

• Edit content using tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or Descript

• Upload and schedule videos with proper metadata, titles, and thumbnails

Repurposing & Distribution

• Repurpose long-form YouTube content into:

  • YouTube Shorts

  • Instagram Reels

  • TikTok videos

  • LinkedIn Carousels & Posts

• Support content scheduling across platforms

Preferred Bonus Skills:

• Basic copywriting for titles, hooks, and social captions

• Graphic design for thumbnails and social visuals (Figma, Canva, Adobe)

• Experience in real estate or finance content production

Requirements:

• Proven experience shooting and editing video and audio content

• Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and sound equipment

• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Descript, or similar)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Ability to effectively use AI tools for editing, scripting, automation, and workflow optimization

Nice-to-Haves:

• Understanding of YouTube SEO and growth strategy

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and automation tools like Zapier or n8n

• Creative sense for storytelling and pacing
