We are seeking a motivated Insurance Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in guiding families through insurance decisions, identifying opportunities to improve protection, and playing a key role in the continued growth of our agency. This is a hybrid service-to-sales role that requires someone who can deliver excellent customer support while naturally pivoting into relationship-based sales and client growth.

What Youll Do

  • Impress clients with exceptional serviceboth in-person and by phone
  • Listen attentively to clients needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
  • Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What Were Looking For

  • Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
  • Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire (cost to obtain a new license is reimbursable)
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required, with the ability to apply those skills in a sales-focused environment.
  • Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
