What You’ll Own
Food Safety Leadership
- Lead and elevate all food safety systems (HACCP, SSOPs)
- Ensure USDA/FSIS and GFSI compliance with confidence
- Act as the go-to leader for FSIS relationships and audit success
Operational Influence
- Work side-by-side with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance
- Solve issues in real time and drive accountability across the floor
Team & Culture
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing FSQA team
- Create a culture where food safety is owned at every level
Continuous Improvement
- Turn data into action, identify trends, solve root causes, and implement lasting solutions
Customer Confidence
- Lead investigations, product disposition, and corrective actions
- Ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality products
What You Bring
- 5+ years of FSQA leadership in food manufacturing
- Strong expertise in HACCP, SSOPs, and USDA/FSIS
- A leadership style that drives accountability and collaboration
- Sharp problem-solving skills and sound decision-making
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a plant environment
- Bachelor’s degree (Food Science or related) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Flexibility to support operations as needed
