Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Northeast and Central El Paso, TX. This role is open to new graduates and experienced practitioners, offering the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved communities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active Texas State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Experience: New graduates are welcome; prior experience in primary care or FQHC settings is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, clinical diagnostics, and primary care procedures.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability. Bilingual in (Spanish) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management.
  • Develop individualized care plans emphasizing preventive care and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
