Key Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and school staff

• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test (in accordance with district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Required clearances up to date or willingness to obtain prior to start

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Prior experience in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certifications such as CPI, PMT, or RBT (preferred but not required)
