A K-12 School in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment serving diverse student populations from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Key Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist credential
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in a K-12 school setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress and integrate services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute detailed documentation and reporting
- Maintain compliance with district policies and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
