Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 School in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services on a contract basis for the upcoming school year. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational environment serving diverse student populations from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist credential
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in a K-12 school setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring

Location: Santa Clara, California
Position Type: Contract
Duration: School Year (NSY)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students across K-12 grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress and integrate services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute detailed documentation and reporting
  • Maintain compliance with district policies and state regulations regarding speech therapy services
