Job DescriptionDescription:

The Warehouse Supervisor at Kreate is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of product movement in and out of the warehouse. Ensure shipping schedules, receiving documentation, and inventory reconciliation are handled with precision. Able to prioritize tasks, manage time, and take ownership of daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


· Develop team members and build an effective operating culture by setting clear expectations and assessing employee performance.

· Plan, organize, and monitor the shipping and receiving accuracy and loading timelines.

· Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of orders for outbound shipments, while maintaining accurate documentation.

· Conduct audits and lead projects to improve the shipping docks.

· Enforce safety policies during loading, staging, storage, and equipment use.

· Analyze reasons for mis-shipments, short shipments, and minimize repeat issues.

· Resolve any shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies in a timely manner, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

· Provide leadership and guidance to shipping/receiving teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.


Qualifications:


· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 1 - 3+ years in shipping / receiving, within a manufacturing or distribution environment, familiarity with the plastic injection molding industry is a plus.

· Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures, logistics, and inventory management principles.

· Experience with IQMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams, external partners, and carriers.

· Problem-solving aptitude and ability to make decisions under pressure to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve operational challenges.

· Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment operations.

· Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

· Strong commitment to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
