America’s Auto Auction Group is experiencing growth, and we want you to be part of it. We are one of the nation’s premier auto auction companies. Our Auction located in Augusta, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Title Clerk/Office Manager.
Title Clerk Responsibilities: MUST HAVE TITLE EXPERIENCE
• Processes title work to ensure all details are correct
• Research missing and/or incorrect title paperwork and determine proper resolve in a timely manner.
• Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, email, telephone and direct personal contact.
• Review and enters in title work for all customers.
• Complete assigned specialized inventory reduction tasks for customers and provides regular updates to sales and account management.
• Complete application to transfer title ownership.
• Record information from titles received from the state into the ASI operating system.
• Ability to maintain customer databases.
• Other duties as assigned.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
• Supervision of office personnel
• Maintaining Customer Records
• Handling cash and taking payments, timely reconciliation of cash.
• Ensuring the customers receive outstanding customer service
• Resolving customer issues
• Identify problems and implement solutions
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years State/National title processing experience, preferred
• 2-3 Years Previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements, Preferred
• 2 years previous experience managing people
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Typical Field Office Environment
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
