Motor Sportsland, Utah’s trusted, family-owned RV dealership since 1968, is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Client Advisor to join our Millcreek team. This is more than just a sales role! It’s an opportunity to help individuals and families find the RV that will take them on the adventures of a lifetime.
We don’t do high-pressure sales. Instead, we educate and guide our customers with honesty, transparency, and a deep knowledge of the RV lifestyle. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping people make unforgettable memories, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers in a warm, approachable manner
- Ask discovery questions to understand customer needs, goals, and experience level
- Present RV options based on lifestyle fit, tow capacity, budget, and preferences
- Educate customers on features, functionality, warranties, and available accessories
- Assist with trade-in evaluations and finance application process
- Maintain CRM notes and follow up with leads and past customers
- Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and promotional pricing
- Collaborate with our Parts and Service teams to ensure a great customer experience
- Represent Motor Sportsland at events and promote our “Let Us Help You Get Away” mission
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, automotive, RV, or powersports sales preferred (but we will train the right person!)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong listening skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, in person and by phone/email
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Passion for the outdoors and interest in the RV lifestyle a big plus!
- Must be able to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours
- Valid driver’s license required
