Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Dentist, your duties will include:
- Delivering outstanding dental care to our patients with the assistance of a committed team.
- Participating in community initiatives that enhance our organization’s reputation.
- Engaging in morning meetings to strategize your day and acknowledge your team’s contributions.
- Primarily treating children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

- A guaranteed base salary of $900/day with unlimited earning potential.
- A sign-on bonus of $40,000.

What We Seek From You
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid dental license for the state where you will be practicing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Necessary certifications, including CPR and DEA.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- A caring disposition and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
