Your Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, your duties will include:

  • Delivering outstanding dental care to our patients with the assistance of a committed team.
  • Participating in community initiatives that enhance our organization’s reputation.
  • Engaging in morning meetings to strategize your day and acknowledge your team’s contributions.
  • Primarily treating children, who represent over 70% of our patient demographic.

  • A guaranteed base salary of $900/day with unlimited earning potential.
  • A sign-on bonus of $40,000.

What We Seek From You

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid dental license for the state where you will be practicing, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Necessary certifications, including CPR and DEA.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (required only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A caring disposition and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
