We are a fast-growing, well-structured home services company seeking a Marketing Performance Manager who can take full ownership of our paid lead generation systems. We manage large monthly marketing budgets, and we need someone who knows how to turn spend into profit with precision, speed, and accountability.

This is not a branding or creative-only role.
This is a performance, analytics, and ROI-driven position where your decisions directly impact revenue.

About the Role:

The Marketing Performance Manager will oversee all paid acquisition channels, optimize multi‐platform campaigns, and manage the full funnel from Lead → Appointment → Sale. You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands home services marketing, and is comfortable managing real budgets with real expectations.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets across:
  • Google Ads (LSA, PPC, GMB)
  • Yelp Ads
  • Angi
  • Thumbtack

Own full funnel performance:

  • Lead generation
  • Appointment setting
  • Sales conversion

Conduct weekly optimization cycles:

  • Scale winning campaigns
  • Cut underperforming spend
  • Improve CPL, CPA, CAC, and ROI
  • Monitor competitors and strengthen market positioning
  • Drive review generation and content flow with internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and close rates
  • Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Test new strategies, platforms, and bidding models to expand profitable growth
  • Ensure clean data, proper attribution, and transparent reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing paid lead generation budgets of $50K+/month
  • Experience in home services, construction, roofing, or similar high‐intent industries
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  1. Google Ads (LSA + PPC)
  2. Yelp Ads
  3. Angi
  4. Thumbtack
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery of: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI, attribution, funnel diagnostics

Proven track record of:

  • Reducing acquisition costs
  • Improving lead quality
  • Increasing revenue and ROI
  • Experience working directly with sales teams
  • Fast, accountable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing real budgets with real responsibility
