Assembly Supervisor | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Assembly Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections of finished products.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Optimize workflow and continuously improve assembly processes.
Manage inventory of parts and materials to prevent shortages.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with automated assembly processes.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and process development.
