Precision Commercial Solutions is expanding our commercial service division and seeking driven sales professionals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. This is a commission-based opportunity for motivated individuals who excel at B2B sales and are ready to hit the field to secure commercial service contracts—including parking lot enforcement, commercial cleaning, valet trash services, and more.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing new client accounts. We’re looking for people who can create strong local relationships and aren’t afraid to hustle.

Compensation:

• 15% commission on all closed contracts

• Potential to renegotiate a higher commission rate after 180 days

• Full health and dental benefits after 180 days

Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new commercial contracts across Atlanta

• Generate leads through cold outreach, site visits, networking, and referrals

• Maintain pipeline records and report progress

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize agreements

• Work closely with internal operations and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, field acquisition, canvassing, or commercial B2B sales

• Reliable transportation to visit properties and clients

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Results-oriented, independent, and driven to earn high commissions

• Familiarity with commercial service industries (parking, cleaning, security, etc.) is a plus
