In this role, you'll provide support to our Commercial Lines team, assisting with policy processing, client interactions, and documentation management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operations of our agency and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Duties:
Account Management Support: Assist with processing policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
Client Communication: Interact with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial lines team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Customer-Focused: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is valuable.
