Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role calls for a skilled Radiology Technologist with expertise across multiple imaging modalities. You will be responsible for operating advanced diagnostic equipment including x-ray, computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography. The position requires proficiency in at least three of these modalities to provide comprehensive imaging services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with the medical imaging team to achieve departmental objectives and support patient care goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during imaging procedures.
- Assist in patient positioning and preparation across varied imaging modalities.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that promotes operational efficiency.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist with multi-modality experience.
- Proven ability to competently perform imaging procedures on at least three modalities including x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography.
- Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling.
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients and clinical team members.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.
