Fire Sprinkler Contract Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fire Sprinkler Contract Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of fire sprinkler systems, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This role is crucial in promoting our services and establishing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of fire sprinkler systems.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present bids and estimates for fire protection projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and fire safety regulations.
- Manage contracts from initiation to completion, including negotiation and execution.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful implementation of fire sprinkler systems.
- Provide technical knowledge and support to clients regarding fire safety and sprinkler systems.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and relevant codes and regulations.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in contract management and negotiation.
- Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and project management experience.
- Strong estimating skills and ability to prepare detailed bids.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
