JOG Logistics a FedEx Pickup and Delivery Contractor based at the Fletcher, NC terminal, is hiring safety-focused and motivated delivery drivers to join our rapidly growing operation. If you have experience as a delivery driver, courier, local driver, non-CDL driver, or any other type of pick-up and delivery driver—or if you’ve driven for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart, or other delivery companies—you may be the perfect fit.
Delivery driver experience is preferred but not required. We provide paid training to set you up for success.
As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for safely delivering packages to local homes and businesses in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all packages are handled with care. We provide newer, well-maintained delivery trucks, an on-site mechanic, and a strong management support team to keep you moving.
Routes are planned for about 8 hours on the road, though actual time may be shorter or longer depending on workload and effort. Drivers must be comfortable handling and walking packages up to 150 lbs. using company-provided equipment such as dollies and hand trucks.
Pay & Benefits
- Daily pay range: $165
- Paid training (training pay: $125/day)
- Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1 year
- Weekly paychecks

Key Qualifications to become a Delivery Driver
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean background and motor vehicle record
- Must pass a drug screen and DOT physical
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. by hand and walk/carry packages up to 150 lbs. with equipment
- Delivery driver experience preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
