We seek a qualified, motivated, and progressive individual to join our team as a Tasking and Tracking Administrator.
Position Summary
The Tasking and Tracking Administrator shall provide direct support in tracking internal and external communications, including LRMs, internal memos, briefing papers, and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks, including record keeping, correspondence management, scheduling, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Conduct independent research for current processes, and under the direction of the OPCM Director.
- Operating the government's proprietary tasking system to manage the flow and assignment of documents and tasks.
Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate's degree in a related field (or equivalent).
- Approximately 4 years of related experience in an administrator role, preferably for a government entity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Ability to exercise independent judgement with a high level of analytical skill.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be detail-oriented.
