Operations Supervisor (Warehouse / Logistics – Early Morning Shift)

Location: Fort Lauderdale / Oakland Park, FL (In Person)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM | 9-hour shift + 1-hour lunch

Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)

Role Overview

This is a hands-on Operations Supervisor role. You will oversee daily warehouse and cross-dock operations while actively working on the floor to ensure execution, organization, and on-time performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and cross-dock operations
• Load/unload trucks and manage freight flow
• Maintain clean and organized dock
• Lead team on the floor and support training
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatch
• Track shipments and update systems (WMS/dispatch tools)

Requirements

• Forklift experience (required)
• Warehouse/logistics experience
