Job Description:
We're seeking a Marketing Manager I to support a fast-moving retail marketing team focused on driving customer traffic to both online and in-store grocery experiences. In this role, you will develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across email and onsite channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, manage campaign performance, and deliver reporting insights to inform key business decisions.
This is a high-volume, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about data-driven marketing.
– Day to Day:
- Plan, build, and execute up to 30 onsite and email marketing campaigns per week
- Pull performance data using QuickSight and export into Excel for analysis
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights via weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/WBR/QBR)
- Partner with creative teams to review and provide feedback on campaign assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and timelines
- Set up and QA campaigns to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams managing homepage content strategy
- Balance multiple content pillars and prioritize messaging across channels
- Document best practices and continuously improve campaign operations
Requirements:
– Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of professional marketing experience.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, etc.)
- Experience executing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Attention to detail and ownership of campaign QA
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau or QuickSight for reporting
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
– Nice to Haves:
- Project management experience in marketing operations (not a PM role)
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing or remarketing campaigns
- Experience working with creative partners or offshore teams
- Background in retail or eCommerce campaign environments
