What You'll Be Doing
As a bartender at Oliviana, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Crafting a variety of beverages with precision and flair. - Providing exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude. - Maintaining a clean and organized bar area. - Restocking and managing bar inventory to keep the drinks flowing. - Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. - Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed to help with bar supplies and inventory.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll need: - At least 1 year of bartending experience—you know your way around a shaker and a bar menu. - A hospitality-focused personality that makes guests feel at home. - Strong multitasking skills to handle a busy bar with ease. - A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude. - The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
