Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This position is full-time, onsite, and runs from August 13th, 2026 through May 20th, 2027 (with potential for an earlier start for staff preparation days). You’ll play a key role in student growth, working within a vibrant educational environment near Aurora, CO.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with supporting K-12 student caseloads
- Dedicated to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and other specialists
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess students’ speech-language needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and share expert recommendations with educational teams and families
- Consult with teachers and staff to support student communication goals within classrooms
- Adapt communication strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning profiles
Position Details & Perks:
- Full-time, onsite role: Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (32 hours/week)
