Director of Manufacturing Operations

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations leader to take ownership of a multi-site manufacturing operation within a globally backed engineering firm. The ideal candidate will combine Lean Manufacturing expertise with the leadership presence to drive cultural and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide Operations across a multi-building campus and satellite facility
• Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity (SQDCP) metrics
• Embed Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies across all functions
• Own operational strategy, budgets, capital investment, and capacity planning

Requirements

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations at Director level within an industrial environment
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing, CI, and data-driven decision making (Danaher/automotive-style environments highly relevant)
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams, with the ability to influence, coach, and drive change
• Experience overseeing complex manufacturing operations (machining, assembly, technical products)

• Base salary: $170,000 – $180,000 + BONUS
