The Painting Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities ensuring all common property is properly maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition. The Painting Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The Painting Technician’s duties include, but are not limited to:

- Painting or touch-up of all common areas.

-Reviews, coordinates, and completes work orders assigned by their supervisor.

- Routinely inspects the common areas and reports items needing a work order.

- Pressure washes common property throughout the common grounds and pool area.

- Pool maintenance as necessary. MUST be able to obtain a Pool License per Florida Statute

- Daily inspection of the community to ensure janitorial needs are met and that trash containers in the common areas are empty.

- Change all exterior light bulbs in the building, garage, and pool area.

- Acts as liaison for maintenance items outside the scope (A/C, Dryer Vents cleaning, Roof Cleaning, A/c Cooling Tower cleaning, etc.)

- Comply with all safety regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areas

- Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules, Maintenance Standards, Common Areas, and all federal/state, local codes

- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay is open and based solely on skill set. Starting salary will be based on experiance and succusful performance.
