The Role: Why This is Different

We aren't looking for a traditional HR recruiter. We need a Recruiter/Hunter hybrid. Your primary mission is to scale our sales force by finding top-tier "closers," but you will also act as a brand ambassador to bring in high-level business leads and strategic partnerships (e.g., real estate agencies, property management groups, and local B2B networks).


Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Talent Sourcing: Identify and hire high-performance Outside Sales Representatives and Small Business Consultants using ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and local networking.
  • Lead Generation: Bring a "book of business" or the ability to generate business leads. You will identify opportunities for commercial security installs and large-scale residential projects.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with Brentwood and Bay Area businesses to create a "referral engine" for our sales team.
  • Streamlined Onboarding: Manage the interview-to-hire pipeline, ensuring new recruits are background-checked and ready for ADT certification.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Direct Protection Security at local Chamber of Commerce events and trade shows to attract both talent and customers.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Recruiting or High-Volume Lead Generation. Experience in the Security/Alarm industry is highly preferred.
  • Local Connectivity: Deep knowledge of the Brentwood/Contra Costa County business landscape.
  • The "Closer" Mindset: You must be able to sell the DPS career opportunity just as effectively as our team sells security systems.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern recruiting tools.
  • Ownership: A self-starter who doesn't need a script to find a lead or a candidate.
