Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized mortgage solutions.
Loan Processing: Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Financial Advising: Provide expert advice on various loan products and services that best suit the client's financial situation.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and policies that affect the mortgage industry to provide clients with the most current information.
Networking: Build a reliable referral network through proactive engagement with real estate agents, builders, and other financial professionals.
Compliance: Adhere to all financial regulations and company policies to ensure ethical and effective client dealings.
Requirements
Licensing: Active NMLS license required. Licensed in Ohio, Pennsylvania and/or Florida.
Experience: Proven track record in mortgage sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documentation.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.
Technology: Proficiency with mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate market in Boardman, Ohio, is a plus.
