Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel assignment in a critical access facility. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department, handling a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and provide care to patients in emergency situations
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as required
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver effective care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact)
- Minimum experience in Emergency Room or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
