Job Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Conduct psychiatric/CON evaluations </li>
<li>Confer with staff, patients, and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment. </li>
<li>Treat a patient using psychotherapeutic methods and medication, monitoring the effects of any medication and adjusting treatment where necessary. </li>
<li>Develop a treatment plan according to the patient’s needs and the extent of the emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral disorder.</li>
<li>Write and maintain patient and clinical records.</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date with professional job knowledge by reading publications, attending educational conferences, or maintaining professional networks. </li>
</ul>
Requirements
Must have an active Maryland license with 10 + years of experience in Psychiatry
Must be able to work 20 hours a week as a contractor at our headquarters in Hyattsville, MD
$130-150/hr.
