What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting our employees and leadership. Your day-to-day will include:
- Keeping employee records accurate and up-to-date.
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration.
- Helping employees navigate questions and concerns with care and professionalism.
- Providing guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
- Collaborating with HR teammates on exciting initiatives and projects.
- Pitching in with other HR-related tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required.
- Up to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support (internships count!).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A knack for staying organized and juggling multiple tasks.
- Discretion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
