This full-time position operates in a fully remote setup, allowing you the flexibility to create your schedule, with hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week depending on your availability. Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients with various psychological challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive psych assessments and prepare detailed treatment logs that contribute to ongoing care plans.
- Manage a diverse caseload, applying your advanced expertise in clinical assessments to identify the best intervention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop, implement, and adjust resolution plans as needed.
- Conduct mental health evaluations, monitor client progress, and adapt therapeutic strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document strategic outlines and maintenance summaries, ensuring all records reflect patient progress and any required adjustments.
- Facilitate educational and supportive programs for patients and their families to empower them in their mental health journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
