About the Role

You will provide direct neuro occupational therapy to adults with conditions such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, cognitive impairment, early onset Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurological diagnoses. Services are provided in client homes or community settings to support real world function and independence.

• Complete concise SOAP notes with professional clinical language

• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, case managers, and the Neuroplastic Rehab leadership team

• Manage a flexible schedule while maintaining timely documentation and high quality client care

• Collaborate with team members during onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing case discussions

• Provide therapeutic interventions in the home or community depending on client goals and location

What We Are Looking For

• Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for neurological rehabilitation

• Excellent communication skills and professional writing

• A therapist who values compassionate care, evidence based practice, and client empowerment

Bonus Skills

• Interest in long term growth

If you are a dedicated OT who wants to provide meaningful, high quality therapy without the burden of complex EMRs, Neuroplastic Rehab would love to meet you. We believe in empowering both our clients and our therapists through supportive training, strong clinical resources, and a collaborative culture.
