Key Responsibilities
Sales & Production
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products
Quote, bind, and issue policies accurately and efficiently
Meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals
Customer Service (CSR)
Provide ongoing service to existing clients, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
Assist clients with questions regarding coverage, billing, and policy details
Proactively identify retention opportunities and reduce policy cancellations
Educate clients on coverage options and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required (or ability to obtain)
