Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, though all dedicated SLPs will be considered
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and related service providers
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy technology as needed
- Ability to work on-site full time throughout the academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both face-to-face and virtual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in team meetings
