This respected medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Duluth community and surrounding region. The facility features a robust Behavioral Health Department with 44 adult inpatient beds and 16 child/adolescent inpatient beds, offering a full spectrum of mental health services in an integrated care setting.

Job Details:
• 0.9 FTE in-person position with flexible 7on/7off or 14on/14off rotation schedule• Call hours from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overnight and weekend call shared by the physician pool• Join a collaborative team of 9 adult and 4 child/adolescent psychiatrists, plus psychologists, nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, RNs, and clinical assistants• Provide telehealth services to critical access hospitals in the area• Manage psychiatric patients in the emergency department, including leading care rounds, triage, and evaluation• Offer consultation services to a Level 1 Trauma Center• Interest in ECT would be a plus• Work within a comprehensive Behavioral Health Division offering inpatient care, consult-liaison services, emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinic services• Collaborate with an integrated pharmacist team including a Hospitalist and Pharmacist• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
