Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Level II Wire Harness Assembler in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical assembly, harness fabrication, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. This role requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related components according to specifications, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform crimping, soldering, stripping, and termination of wires using hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment.
- Route, lace, tie, and bundle wires neatly to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct continuity checks and visual inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of assemblies.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in materials or drawings to supervisors or engineering.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
- Train and assist Level I assemblers as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in wire harness assembly, cable assembly, or related electrical/mechanical assembly work.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency with soldering, crimping, and use of precision hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards preferred (certification a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electronics assembly is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs. as needed.
