Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing
Shifts Available:
- 7 AM - 5 PM, Mondays, Fridays, & 1 Saturday per Month. (Pediatric)
- ***Beginning in August, the nurse for this patient will accompany the patient to school. Times/shifts could vary once this begins. Discuss this with the IntelliChoice representative who contacts you for clarity.
- This nurse needs to have the ability to travel between Thomasville and Lexington when providing care for this patient.

Your Role
As an LPN with IntelliChoice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent-dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements

Current LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state

Current CPR certification (in-person only)

TB skin test completed within the past 12 months

LPN Pay Rate (per hour)$28—$32 USD
