Integrity Title & Closing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Processing Clerk to support our escrow and closing operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing and processing real estate closing documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with all parties involved. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner. Handle incoming phone calls and emails, route inquiries appropriately, and provide accurate information or support as needed.

Order, assign, track, and distribute abstract work; open and set up new transaction files for processing.

Coordinate and schedule appointments for title services, client meetings, and real estate closings.

Maintain and organize client files and databases, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and securely stored. Enter new contracts into title software systems.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and other clerical duties as needed to support the team.
Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in office administration is preferred.

Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Must meet eligibility requirements to qualify under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
