Job Description A day in the life

You kick off the shift by aligning priorities across the Assembly Department, making sure the right people and tools are in place. On any given day, you’ll orchestrate component assembly, thread insert and captive hardware installation, pressure testing, and final inspection—always with quality, safety, and delivery in mind. You’ll coach operators, set up equipment and installation tools, fine‑tune new processes, and jump in hands‑on to troubleshoot issues. You’ll coordinate with upstream and downstream teams across departments and shifts, manage time and attendance, and conduct performance reviews that turn gaps into growth plans.

Compensation

$65,000-$90,000 Annually

What you’ll own

  • Drive adherence to company and customer quality standards across assembly, hardware installation, pressure testing, and inspection
  • Spot production and process issues early and correct them decisively
  • Champion safety protocols and ensure consistent compliance
  • Train and upskill operators; support cross-training
  • Assist in designing and launching new assembly lines and processes
  • Set up machines, equipment, and installation tools for optimal performance
  • Plan and communicate across departments and shifts to meet schedule targets
  • Troubleshoot on the floor—hands-on and rapid-response
  • Manage time and attendance in line with company policy
  • Lead performance reviews, identify gaps, and build development plans

Qualifications

  • Clear, confident communication in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong math capability
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, and/or mechanical environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
