Receptionist – Insurance Agency Team Member
Location: Lexington, SC
Full-Time | $35,000 – $45,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
As a Receptionist – Insurance Agency Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a welcoming and professional office environment. You’ll assist with customer service needs, support sales efforts, and help maintain strong client relationships.
You’ll work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Greet customers and establish positive relationships
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Market appropriate insurance and financial service products
• Assist with administrative and office support tasks
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support the team in achieving office goals and performance targets

Compensation & Benefits:

This position is with an independent insurance agency. Employees must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs as required by the agency.
