Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Position Overview
Join a fast-growing, dependable distribution center that supports the delivery of critical medical products. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring orders are picked accurately and delivered on time. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team-oriented environment, and contributing to meaningful work that makes a real impact.
In this role, you’ll hand-pick small orders using pick sheets and hand carts, record selections with an RF scanner, and maintain a consistent pace—targeting approximately 50 orders per hour after training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately hand-pick small orders within the warehouse
- Use hand carts and pick sheets to efficiently select items
- Record completed picks using an RF scan gun
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or production experience
- Ability to stand and remain active for an entire 8-hour shift
- Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the operation
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Experience with order picking, packing, or packaging
- Familiarity with RF scanners

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
