We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development.
We are a family-owned Dealership group with 3 locations across the Midwest. We are seeking a sales manager at our Friesen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location in Clay Center, KS.
Your drive and work ethic will determine how far you go, there is plenty of opportunity for growth in our ever growing company.
Duties
- Attract, recruit and develop Sales Talent.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Achieve Sales Goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Effectively Manage the New and Used Car Department including procurement and wholesale.
Experience
- Strong background in business development with a focus on generating new leads and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Cox Automotive software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role.
