Job Overview:

The Shipping & Receiving Team Member plays a crucial role in warehouse operations by ensuring the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.

This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, verifying inventory accuracy, packing and preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Load/unload, sort, and store materials properly
• Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks (if applicable)
• Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
• Resolve shipping discrepancies with team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse/shipping experience preferred
• Forklift experience (propane preferred)
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
• Strong communication and safety mindset

Pay

Up to $24/hour (based on experience)
