Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to work directly alongside a sales team supporting a leading global medtech event platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the sales process, gain exposure to CRM systems, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability, hands-on sales experience, and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with lead follow-up and professional customer communication
Assist with CRM management (HubSpot), including logging calls, emails, and notes
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and text to support sales campaigns
Manage inbound leads and ensure timely responses
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating with prospects
Track sales activity and maintain organized sales pipelines
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Assist with preparation and coordination for industry events
Qualifications & Requirements
3–5 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or a related role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with follow-ups and repetitive sales tasks
Self-starter with a positive, proactive work ethic
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, not required)
